Alicia is new to the position of Legal Receptionist and is in the process of obtaining her JP Qualification.
Alicia has been in the customer service industry for 4 years and is eager to try out her people skills in a legal setting, she is always eager to help and looking forward to contributing to the team by taking document witnessing appointments when she acquires her JP qualification.
