As the Director and Principal of the company, Stuart is responsible and oversees all property law matters.
Stuart founded Harrigan Lawyers in 2010 and traded as a general law practice which included conveyancing matters, until 2012 when the company also started trading as SavvyLaw Conveyancing for all property transactions, and the conveyancing side to the practice really took off!
Admitted in 2005, Stuart has a wealth of Property Law expertise in all areas and is backed by a formidable team of lawyers, property paralegals and support staff who manage the day to day administration of property transactions for our clients.
Whether you are a first home buyer, downsizer or upsizer, tree changer, sea changer, or investor, Stuart’s approach is to understand the needs of his client and to deliver service and advice that is expert, timely, and practical. Always looking to protect his clients’ rights and navigate the way through what is a complex and risk prone process, with the minimum of disruption to our clients regular busy lives!
